Green AI Day
CODE_n / Future Industries Hub Stuttgart developed the Green AI Day format together with the economic development teams of the city and region of Stuttgart and held it for the first time in September 2023. It focuses on networking, but it also includes an ambitious content program on AI-based approaches, the sustainability of business processes and the innovative conservation of finite resources. Four solution-focused break-out sessions in 2023 were dedicated to the most important Green AI topics of Energy, Mobility, Smart City & Buildings, and Agriculture & Forestry. With around 150 participants, the first edition of the Green AI Day was a complete success. The format will continue to stimulate further research, networking and cooperation in the future and increase the visibility of the Green AI ecosystem and Green AI projects in Baden-Württemberg.

Flip is the employee platform for operational employees. The app makes it possible for the first time to reach all employees in the field and connect them digitally with their own organization. The app has a personalized newsfeed, individual and group chats as well as all important HR functionalities such as task management, training offers, payroll accounting or shift and vacation planning. Flip thus offers customized solutions that combine all important company processes for operational employees in one app - GDPR-compliant and secure. Well-known customers include companies such as Porsche AG, Bosch, REWE, Rossmann and Edeka, as well as fast food giant McDonald's Germany. Flip started in the CODE_n SPACES and employs more than 160 people across Europe. Today, Flip is a strong partner of the Future Industries Hub Stuttgart.

The future Industries Hub Stuttgart offers space for innovation in its SPACES. Entrepreneurs, artists, coworkers. start-up teams and entire innovation departments of corporates and SMEs - they all find the ideal setting and a creative atmosphere for their innovative projects in the CODE_n offices and event locations.
Innovation SERVICES
The Future Industries Hub Stuttgart supports companies individually in their innovation activities with four service offerings:
- Crowd Innovation: the concentrated knowledge of the entire community solves individual challenges through open innovation.
- Corporate Venturing Program Development: especially for the areas of innovation track and spin-off support
- Incubator program structure: The modular system enables an individual combination of support modules when setting up an internal incubator program.
- Digitalization sparring: Identification of challenges, support in the realization and implementation of digital solutions in a wide variety of environments.
